I had a decent stay overall. The location was fantastic with a lovely terrace bar that we enjoyed in the warm weather. The rooms, however, felt cramped for the number of guests and the air circulation wasn't great. The breakfast was basic but sufficient, and the service was quite friendly. There were some nice facilities, but I think there is room for improvement, especially in terms of room size.

Rooms

The rooms were fairly small for the number of guests and felt airless, though they did have two rooflight windows which were nice if you could reach them.
Service

The staff was very service-minded, always willing to help, and I appreciated the good housekeeping and welcome drink.

6.4/10

I stayed at this hotel and really appreciated the great location, especially with the lovely terrace bar area that was perfect in the warm weather. The rooms were clean, though a bit cramped, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. On the downside, the dining options were limited, which was a letdown. Overall, it was decent value for money, but a few improvements in the amenities could make a big difference.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in had two roof light windows, but they were a bit hard to reach. It was a single bed size, and the shower's entrance was a bit inconvenient as it was right next to the toilet, with only about 30 cm space between them.
Service
8.0
The service was nice, as they moved me to another smaller room when I voiced my concerns about the windows. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Location
9.0
The location was fantastic, especially with the lovely terrace bar area which was fabulous in the warm weather. It was also very convenient for making hiking and cycling tours, plus close to bars and restaurants.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was a bit lacking since the breakfast had very little choice and felt a little expensive for what was offered.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities could have used more care and attention, especially since the shower was broken and there were heating failures during my stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring Hoge Veluwe National Park and enjoying the lovely terrace bar area. The rooms, however, were a bit cramped and drafty, which was less than ideal. On a positive note, the friendly staff made my experience better, and the dining options were simple but delicious. While I appreciated the value for money overall, the room conditions could use some improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were small and had a low ceiling on one side, which made them feel a bit stuffy and poorly lit. The windows were drafty, though the heating worked well.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location was really convenient for my needs, the room was quite cramped, especially given the booking description. The staff was friendly and provided great service, but the dining options left a lot to be desired. Overall, it was decent value for money, but improvements could be made in several areas.

Rooms
5.0
The room was smaller than expected, with a single bed and limited space between the shower and toilet, which made it quite uncomfortable for two guests.
Service
9.0
The staff was friendly and attentive, providing quick service with a warm smile, which I appreciated during my stay.
Location
8.0
The location was ideal for my stopover, conveniently near roads leading to Utrecht and Baarn, and it had a lovely terrace bar area that was especially nice given the good weather.
Dining
6.0
While there were some good hot and cold food options, the overall choice was limited, and I felt it could be improved.
Facilities

The hotel's amenities were basic but functional, though I expected more given the price point.

While the rooms were a bit smaller than expected and lacked basic amenities like a water boiler, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Overall, it's a decent stay for anyone looking to explore the area, but keep in mind that some features left a bit to be desired.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were of average European size and didn't even have the basic service like a water boiler, which was disappointing.
Service

The staff was exceptional—quick, efficient, and always met everyone’s needs with a warm smile. They even moved me to a different room when I raised a concern.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent for biking and hiking in the Veluwe area, and close to Apeldoorn for shopping. The terrace bar area was fabulous in the warm weather we experienced.
Dining
8.0
The breakfast was very good, with a good choice of hot and cold foods available as much as you wanted.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had a big private parking area and decent Wi-Fi, but other facilities weren't extensively highlighted in my experience.
